Wagner-Arbitration

Hot off the press!

The German Rectors’ Conference aka Hochschulrektorenkonferenz aka HRK has just released a brand new publication on risk management for German universities and other higher education institutions involved in cross-border cooperations.

Our firm was selected to assist in the legal part of the publication, and more specifically in the drafting of template provisions for cooperation contracts between German universities and their Non-German partner institutions.

In several expert rounds with numerous representatives of various German universities, Philipp and Julian discussed and negotiated model provisions for the termination of such contracts as well as model dispute resolution and forum selection clauses.

We are grateful for having been involved in the project and hope that our input will prove to be helpful. What Julian and Philipp, judging from their intense discussion rounds with the experts, know for sure, is that the German university landscape is in excellent hands.

*The HRK is a voluntary association of state and state-recognised universities and other higher education institutions in Germany and has 271 members.
