Before leaving for Prishtina last week, we had a special session on arbitration in practice at our #WagArb #Werkstatt Thursday night.

Inspired by our dear colleague and friend Ulrich Lohmann, partner at #PSP in Munich, a co-seminar of students from the Universität Münster and from Freie Universität Berlin under the guidance of Prof. Gerald Mäsch and Prof. Bettina Rentsch, met with us at the office to discuss practical issues in the arbitration industry – from impartiality ⚖️ of arbitrators to #AI 🤖 in dispute resolution.
