Hearty Leek & Cheese Soup
Recipe by Jonathan Storcks
This creamy leek and cheese soup is a timeless favourite. My grandma used to cook it for me and my guests at my childhood birthday parties. It’s one of those dishes that no one, not even a kid, can really dislike. A go-to choice whenever you need to feed a crowd.
