Philipp K. Wagner will join a panel of leading arbitration practitioners from Stockholm (Jake Lowther, Daniel Rezania, Anina Liebkind) and Zurich (Michael Feit) to explore the dos and don’ts of settlement in arbitration. Settlements and particularly settlement facilitation by arbitrators are, unlike many other legal systems, a common feature in arbitrations in Germany. Are there any similarities with this practice in other jurisdictions, and if so in what ways? The panel will explore this question, and many more.
