The Young Albanian Arbitration Practitioners group – a new initiative co-founded by Enisa H., Fëllënza Limani, Merlin Papadhopulli, Xhilda Vocaj and our Petrit Elshani – brings together emerging Albanian arbitration practitioners from across Europe. The aim: to promote arbitration in the region, create opportunities for exchange, and build a stronger presence on the international arbitration scene.

Last week, Florian Dupuy and Petrit were in Tirana for the official launch of ALBYAP, marked by a panel discussion on Investment Protection in the Balkans. The discussion, moderated by Fellenza Limani, featured engaging contributions from Kateřina Skryjová, Dini Sejko, Donikë Qerimi and from Florian.

It’s great to see this kind of energy and initiative emerging in the Balkans – and to be part of a community that supports it. Congratulations to everyone involved in getting #ALBYAP off the ground!
