We are happy to share that 200 new copies of the blockbusting arbitrattoria cookbook have arrived at the office a few days ago.<\/p>\n

Dear friends of WagArb,<\/p>\n

Two years have already passed since the release of the original WagArb \u201carbitrattoria\u201d cookbook!<\/p>\n

Volume I snapped up like hot cakes and people all around the globe have been frenetically cooking K\u00f6nigsberger Klopse, Ghanaian jollof rice, japchae, blanquette de veau, yes-please-shiitake-bigos, tarator, Agostina\u2019s carbonara, fish soup \u201cthat tastes like summer\u201d, and many more dishes from the book. And they are asking for more!<\/p>\n

After a forced halt due to the pandemic, our ritual Friday lunches have meanwhile resumed, and we are already busy collecting new recipes for the \u201cArbitratoria \u2013 Volume II\u201d, expected to be released in 2025.<\/p>\n

In the meantime, we are celebrating our little firm\u2019s 10 year anniversary and seize the occasion to present this special re-issue of Volume I.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
