\ud83d\udca1Second, if viewed and applied this way, mediation can help you understand the genuine issues and interests standing in the way of a functional relationship.<\/p>\n
\u23f3 Third, the above often requires months of commitment and transparent, trustful communication between the relevant stakeholders. But if done effectively, it can lead to a creative resolution of the dispute. In some circumstances, the solution may even create value for both parties which they had not identified before and which makes the original subject matter of the dispute and the legal claims moot.<\/p>\n
