Grüezi Fabio!

WagArb warmly welcomes Fabio Leonini, who joined the firm this week for a virtual internship. Fabio is a dual Swiss and Italian citizen and studied law at the University of Geneva, where he completed both his LL.B. and LL.M. studies.

He wrote his master’s thesis under the supervision of Prof. Gabrielle Kaufmann-­Kohler on “The tort -­ place of the harmful event according to the PILA and European texts”. Fabio also holds a Certificate of advanced studies in legal professions from the University of Geneva.

Prior to moving to Berlin for his LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution, Fabio was, among other engagements, an associate in the litigation department of a law firm in Geneva for more than two years and a legal counsel in the white collar crime unit of the Prosecution Office in Geneva for a year and a half.

Next to his legal career, Fabio is an interior architecture enthusiast, having co-founded the interior design firm Inarchi SAGL in Lugano.

Fabio’s working languages are English, French, German and Italian.
