Hot off the Press

We are happy to share that 200 new copies of the blockbusting arbitrattoria cookbook have arrived at the office a few days ago.

The updated foreword reads as follows:

Dear friends of WagArb,

Two years have already passed since the release of the original WagArb “arbitrattoria” cookbook!

Volume I snapped up like hot cakes and people all around the globe have been frenetically cooking Königsberger Klopse, Ghanaian jollof rice, japchae, blanquette de veau, yes-please-shiitake-bigos, tarator, Agostina’s carbonara, fish soup “that tastes like summer”, and many more dishes from the book. And they are asking for more!

After a forced halt due to the pandemic, our ritual Friday lunches have meanwhile resumed, and we are already busy collecting new recipes for the “Arbitratoria – Volume II”, expected to be released in 2025.

In the meantime, we are celebrating our little firm’s 10 year anniversary and seize the occasion to present this special re-issue of Volume I.
