See you on the other side!

We say goodbye to Anne Philippczyk, who has left us last week as she enters the final stretch of her preparation for the First State Exam.

Anne originally joined WagArb as intern in July 2019, and then stayed on board in a research assistant position.

Next to supporting us in complex disputes and transactions, Anne provided invaluable support in a number of our publishing projects, including a CISG commentary and an in-depth country report on insolvency and arbitration, and recently helped Philipp prepare an online class on ADR at the University of Arizona.

Anne will be dearly missed! We wish her all the best for her exams and look forward to seeing her emerge from the battle in the second half of 2021.
