WagArb presents its first spinoff!

We are happy to share with you that with the start of 2020, Claudio Kühn has founded his own law firm KXP Kuehn.

We are sad to see him go but proud to support this achievement! Before joining us in 2017, Claudio worked as in-house counsel for a Rocket Internet venture and for law firms in Germany, Turkey and China. At WagArb, he advised on 50+ VC investments, GmbH and stock corporation law and disputes. KXP Kuehn will sharpen this focus on transactions, corporate law for startup & midcap companies and all-round support for private clients.

We will very much miss Claudio as member of our team, but we will continue working together and remain linked by our joint approach: Professional and pragmatic solutions combined with a personal touch as close advisors to our clients.
