Wagner-Arbitration

April 1st at WagArb

Next to celebrating Florian‘s 5th Of Counsel and other important anniversaries on that day, we bid a warm welcome to Anna Akosua Hankings-Evans who will be with us in a  trainee advocate position until the end of the year.

Anna studied law in Freiburg, Instanbul and Berlin with a specialization in International Law and Private International Law and eventually followed an invitation to Stellenbosch University as a visiting scholar in 2016. Prior to joining the firm, Anna interned with the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy as part of her Referendariat. Other recent professional experience includes working as both a student and research assistant at the Institute for Public Law and Public International Law at Freie Universität Berlin, where she pursues her doctoral degree in International Investment Law. Born in Germany and raised to a German mother and Ghanaian father, Anna counts both German and English as her native languages with a basic knowledge in Twi, French and Turkish. Despite being convinced that she would never run a marathon, Anna ran three in the past years. So far, the 2020 TwoOceans Marathon in CapeTown is only on her mind…
