WagArb welcomes Jonathan (Zeyang) Wu

From the Lion City: WagArb welcomes its next intern from the IDR LL.M.Jonathan (Zeyang) Wu! Jonathan grew up in Singapore. He holds a B.A. in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.

Prior to moving to Berlin for his LL.M. studies in International Dispute Resolution at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, he worked as a trainee in the tax practice of a global consultancy firm in the UK.

He completed his national service in Singapore as a police officer in the Singapore Police Coast Guard.

As an avid photographer, Jonathan can be found in various parts of Berlin capturing the Zeitgeist of the city. He is a former robotics champion, having won the Best Programming Award in 2007 in the National Junior Robotics Competition in Singapore. During this stay-home period, he has also been developing new personal accounting programs using MS Excel.

Jonathan is bilingual and speaks English and Mandarin Chinese. He already provided very helpful assistance in an arbitration in November last year, remotely then as is the case now, and we are happy to have him back on board!
