Wagner-Arbitration

En provenance du Port de la Lune

Missa Garcia has joined our team as an intern! Missa is French and grew up in Bordeaux in the south-west of France. She studied law at the University of Bordeaux, and is currently completing her master’s degree with a specialization in international law. In September, she is planning to take the bar exam in France to become an admitted attorney.

We look very much forward to working with Missa and have so many questions…

What was your first job?

I was a babysitter when I was 18.

Breakfast or dinner?

Dinner. It is the occasion to bond with your loved ones, reunite and talk about each other’s day.

What do you cook when you spontaneously have friends over for dinner?

Spaghetti with homemade Bolognese. It is not a complicated recipe, but everyone agrees when it comes to pasta.

Mountains or Seaside?

Seaside. My hometown is not far from the ocean, so it holds a lot of memories for me.

If you could meet someone famous, dead or alive, who would it be?

Simone Veil. She is an inspiring woman and would have great stories to tell.

Which was your favorite place to live so far?

Italy. I was an “au pair” during the summer of 2021 and got to experience La Dolce Vita!

Digital or analogue?

Digital.

Favorite time of day?

Sunset. Beautiful colors and in between the two worlds that are day and night.

Window or aisle seat?

Window – to admire landscapes.

Country you wish to visit?

Norway. I want to see the Northern lights.

What song will always get you on the dancefloor?

Ocean Drive – Duke Dumont.

Good advice you’ve received?

Treat others as you would like to be treated.

Biggest pet peeve?

Sweet soy sauce on sushi.

Most played on your music playlist right now?

Enfance 80 – VIDEOCLUB.

Favorite (public) holiday?

The 14th of July. It is France’s National Day. At night, the sky lights up with fireworks from everywhere. It is exciting!

Last new thing you learned?

Did you know that the manufacturer that produces the most tires in the world is… Lego!

Which movie can you watch over and over?

That is a hard one. I would say a Ghibli film – probably Spirited Away because it shows the beauty of Japan and the richness of its folklore.

Three words to describe Berlin?

Multicultural, historical and pleasant.

Three words to describe your hometown Bordeaux?

Charming, Chocolatine (the way we call Pain au Chocolat in the south-west) and wine.

Night owl or early bird?

Night owl. I am not a morning person and never completely awake before I have my morning tea.

Favorite pizza topping?

Mozzarella without hesitation.
