Is it time to finally overcome the Common Law vs. Civil Law dichotomy in International Arbitration?

Drawing from his dissertation on Fact-Finding in International Arbitration, Julian Bickmann engaged in a lively discussion on this and other evidentiary topics yesterday evening at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (“Diferenças Práticas na Produção de Provas – Civil Law vs. Common Law”). The event took place on the occasion of Julian’s current stay in Brazil.
