Tarator (Cold Cucumber Soup)
Recipe by Boyan Arshinkov
The recipe I would like to share with you is an absolute classic in the Balkans. “Tarator” is a starter that is particularly popular during the warm months since it is very refreshing and light, it tastes like summer. This dish has been a part of my life ever since I was a small child and I really hope you will enjoy it as well!
