This week, the Humboldt University of Berlin team for the 24th Vis Moot visited WagArb to practice for the oral hearings in Hong Kong and Vienna. Joseph Schwartz, Petrit Elshani and our newest member, Perttu Kaikkonen, put their arguments to the test and were very impressed!
We wish the team all the best for the competition! The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot is the world’s biggest competition in arbitration and international trade law and was referred to as ‘the Olympic games of international trade law’ by the BBC. Our lawyers have been involved for over ten years in supporting it and participating either as arbitrators or coaches, both in Vienna and Hong Kong.
